FleetMine has successfully delivered a package of machines in a tight lead-time for a valued client Macmahon Mining, including one of its newest purchases, an Epiroc MT65 minetruck.
According to PJL’s West Coast General Manager, Todd Johnson, the biggest challenge was completing the rebuild works on an extensive range of machinery in a short timeframe for the Gwalia mine site.
“They approached us looking for a broad range of items,” Todd said. They put together a package of machines needed in a short time frame for the mine, and we were able to rebuild and deliver 100% of the package by the date required.”
The machinery package included MT65s, MT6020’s and a Volvo L120H for a major underground mining project.
With workshops located across Australia, FleetMine was able to deliver the machines from three of their workshop locations in Orange NSW, Kalgoorlie and Perth in WA.
“Not only do we deliver machines physically to the desired location,” Todd said, “but one of our skilled technicians remains on-site for the first week to ensure the commissioned machines can get straight to work without any issues.”
The team is now preparing more machines for the same mine site including the fit-out of landcruisers.
“It just shows that we’re able to deliver anything required from utilities to the biggest minetruck on the market.”
